Stir-fried hot cucumber

Fried cucumber is chewy and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 can Can of mackerel
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Shichimi pepper
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Thin slice cucumber and put salt and wait for 5 min.
  • Squeeze 1.
  • Stir-fry 2 with oil from mackerel can.
  • Add mackerel to 3 and stir -fry.
  • Put salt, Shichimi pepper , and love to 4.
