Steamed bream with Maccha
Maccha color goes well with steamed bream. It is light taste.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 2 pieces Breams
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Maccha
- 1 piece Ginger
- a lot Love
- 1 pack Green leaves
Instructions
- Put cooking wine on the breams for 10 min.
- Sprinkle salt and Maccha and love all over the 1.
- Julienne the ginger.
- Put 3 on 2
- Put 4 on the green leaves and steam it for 15min.
