Beef Udon

Beef Udon

It is Japanese popular broth. Cooked beef goes well with broth and noodle.

Ingredients

  • 2 Frozen Udon
  • 1000 cc Broth
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 2 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Spring onion
  • 4 pieces Fish paste
  • a lot Love

Cooked beef

  • 300 g Beef
  • 100 cc Water
  • 2 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut beef into a bite- size and slice ginger.
  • Put 1, water, cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce, and love into a pot.
  • Boil 2 until soup becomes condensed.
  • Put frozen noodle into hot water to be soft.
  • Put all seasonings, 4 and love into the broth.
  • Put 5 into noodle bowls then add chopped spring onion and fish paste on it then serve.
