Stir-fried Udon

Stir-fried Udon

This is well-balanced dish. You can use Chinese noodle instead of frozen udon.

Ingredients

  • 2 Frozen udon
  • 2 leaves Chinese cabbage
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 100 g Thin sliced pork
  • 2 tbsp Thin sliced bonito
  • 2 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Green laver
  • 1 tbsp Red ginger
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Put frozen udon into hot water to be soft.
  • Chop Chinese cabbage and carrots and cut pork into a bite-size.
  • Put sesame oil on the frying pan then stir-fry pork.
  • Add Chinese cabbage to 3
  • Put carrot into a micro wave to be tender. Then add it to 4.
  • When the vegetable is soft, put seasoning and love.
  • Add 1 to 6.
  • Put 7 on the plate then put green laver and red ginger then serve.
