Steamed apple cake

It is good for apple season. Apple and Maccha is good balance.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Apple
  • 25 g Raisin
  • 150 g Medium strength flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tsp Mache
  • a little Salt
  • 150 cc Milk
  • 15 g Rapeseed oil
  • 85 g Sugar
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut apple into 1cm cubes big.
  • Shift flour, baking powder. Mache, and salt.
  • Mix milk, rapeseed oil, and sugar.
  • Mix 2, 3, and love, then add 1 and raisin.
  • Pour 4 into the pudding cups and steam them for 20min.
