Paprika sushi

Vegetable sushi is really healthy and good
Servings: 6 people

Ingredients

  • 2 C Rice
  • 2 C Broth
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • a little Salt
  • a lot Love

Sushi vinegar

  • 75 cc Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 of each Paprika (3colors)
  • 3 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Broth

Instructions

  • Wash and soak rice in water for 1 and a half hour before cooking.
  • Add broth, cooking wine, and salt and cook.
  • When it is ready, put sushi vinegar and wait until it becomes cold.
  • Cut paprika and remove seeds. Then boil until it is tender.
  • Put 4 into cold water and skin off.
  • Cut 4 as shown in the picture above.
  • Boil 6 with white soy sauce and broth and wait until it becomes cool.
  • Make rice balls from 3 and put 7 on it.
