Shrimp with chili sauce in Japanese style
You can eat whole shrimp . It goes well with rice.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 6 Shrimps
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- a little Salt
- 3 tbsp Potato flour
- 50 cc Rice oil
Shrimp Sauce
- a little Chill paste
- 1/4 tsp Miso
- 1/2 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- a little Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Leek
- 10 g Ginger
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 25 cc Broth
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Remove skin and vein of shrimp except head and tail
- Put cooking wine and salt on 1 for 20min.
- Coat 2 with potato flour and bake it with rice oil.
- When shrimps become red, remove them.
- Stir-fry chopped leek and ginger with sesame oil.
- Mix all seasonings (broth, chili paste, miso, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and love) and put it in a frying pan.
- When 5 becomes warm, back 4 into a frying pan
- Finally, put sesame oil on 7
