Shrimp with chili sauce in Japanese style

You can eat whole shrimp . It goes well with rice.

Ingredients

  • 6 Shrimps
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • a little Salt
  • 3 tbsp Potato flour
  • 50 cc Rice oil

Shrimp Sauce

  • a little Chill paste
  • 1/4 tsp Miso
  • 1/2 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • a little Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Leek
  • 10 g Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 25 cc Broth
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Remove skin and vein of shrimp except head and tail
  • Put cooking wine and salt on 1 for 20min.
  • Coat 2 with potato flour and bake it with rice oil.
  • When shrimps become red, remove them.
  • Stir-fry chopped leek and ginger with sesame oil.
  • Mix all seasonings (broth, chili paste, miso, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and love) and put it in a frying pan.
  • When 5 becomes warm, back 4 into a frying pan
  • Finally, put sesame oil on 7
