Soy residue with sweet potato

Soy residue is rich in nutrition. It goes well with rice.

Ingredients

  • 250 g Soy residue
  • 1 Carrot
  • 3 Dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 Fried tofu
  • 1 Sweet potato
  • 100 g Minced chicken
  • 500 cc Broth
  • 2 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp White soy sauce
  • a little Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 5 Chives
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Soak dried shiitake mushroom in water until its tender.
  • Cut 1, carrot, and sweet potato into 1 cm cubes
  • Put sesame oil into a frying pan then fry 2, with minced chicken, and soy pulp well.
  • Pour broth into 3.(Broth covers 3)
  • Add seasonings and love to 4
  • Continuously stir 5 well over a law flame.
  • Sprinkle chopped chives on top and serve.
