Red onion makes burdock nice red. It is really tasty.
- 2 Burdock
- 100 cc Pickled Vinegar
- 2 Bay Leaf
- 4 Skin of Red onion
- a lot Love
- Clean Burdock well (Don’t peel skin)
- Thin slice 1 and put them in the hot water for 20 min.
- Pickled 2 in the Pickled vinegar with Bay leaves, Skins of red onion and a lot Love.
- You can eat it 1 day after. A few days later color changed into beautiful Pink.
