Setsubun miso soup
They say Setsubun is the begging of spring in Japan. People eat miso soup with a lot of vegetables
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 300 cc Broth(Kelp・bonito)
- all you want Beans(tofu・fried tofu・wheat bran・rice cake・dumpling・noodle・・・)
- all you want Seasonal vegetable
- all you want Potatoes (sweet potato・taro・konnyaku)
- all you want Mushroom(shiitake・shimeji・enoki)
- all you want Seaweeds
- 2 tbsp Miso
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Make broth
- Take all you want of only one kind from each ingredient group
- Put 2 and love into 1
- After cooking 3 until tender, add miso.
