Pickled turnip
In Japan, they eat it as one of New Year dishes. It is preserved food.
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 Turnip
- 100 g Carrot
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 piece Deep fried bean curd
- 1 tbsp Yuzu juice
- 3 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 4 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Salt malted rice
- 2 tsp Honey
- A lot Love
Instructions
- Cut a turnip into 1/6 then slice it.
- Chop a carrot
- Put salt on 1 and 2.
- Put deep fried bean curd into 50-degree hot water.
- Chop 4
- Mix Yuzu juice, rice vinegar, salt malted rice, honey, and a lot of love.
- Squeeze 3
- Put 5 and 7 in 6
