Pickled turnip

In Japan, they eat it as one of New Year dishes. It is preserved food.

Ingredients

  • 1 Turnip
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 piece Deep fried bean curd
  • 1 tbsp Yuzu juice
  • 3 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 tbsp Salt malted rice
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut a turnip into 1/6 then slice it.
  • Chop a carrot
  • Put salt on 1 and 2.
  • Put deep fried bean curd into 50-degree hot water.
  • Chop 4
  • Mix Yuzu juice, rice vinegar, salt malted rice, honey, and a lot of love.
  • Squeeze 3
  • Put 5 and 7 in 6
