Salmon with egg

This is light dish. It is good recipe for hot day.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Salmon
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 slices Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 50 cc Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 Onion pickle

Instructions

  • Put the salmon and the vinegar into a microwave for 2min. (Check after 2min.)When cooked well take it out of the microwave, and let it cool.If the fish hasn’t cooked yet, put it into the microwave again for 1min more.
  • Boil the egg and chop it, then mix it with mayonnaise.
  • Cut the lemon into round slices and cut them in half.
  • Chop the parsley and pickled onion.
  • Put 4 into 2
  • Put 5 and love on the fish
  • Put 6 into a refrigerator
  • Put the lemon on 7 when you eat it.
