Healthy Tofu Dish

Konbu is kelp. Konbu and tofu is really good combination.

  • 1 pack Tofu
  • 15 g Salted Konbu
  • 3 tbsp Stock and say sauce mixture(white)
  • 1 tbsp Starch
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • a lot Love


  • Cut Tofu 1/2 and put them in the pot and pour water over them till it just covered them.
  • Put Stock and Soy sauce mixture in 1 then law heat until boiling.
  • Mix with starch and water
  • Put 3 in 2 and thicken the broth(your taste)
  • Ready to Eat with a lot of love
